OCEAN SUITES BOHOL

During my vacation in Bohol, I stayed my 4^th night in Ocean Suites Bohol. I booked this Hotel because it's near to the airport and my flight is early in the morning. To avoid being late on my flight, I opt to stay here for 1 night.  The Hotel is located in Tagbilaran City near in the Blood Compact Shrine.  The Hotel cost me for PHP 2,000 for 2 persons with a complimentary plated breakfast meal which is very affordable for a Hotel like these. Although they are not in the beach front they have a spectacular view of the sunset. You can’t find a Hotel like this in Manila for such a low price



Ocean Suites has a minimalist concept which it feels like home when staying here. I booked this Hotel because it seems beautiful in their website and its newly built Hotel. So I believe it is not deceiving from the photos in their website. They have infinity pool with the overlooking of the mountains and the see which is very nice. The Hotel is very cozy.



When we arrived there, you will see their very small reception area. But that’s not important anyway. So I used stairs going to my room at 2^nd floor. They do not have elevator because this is just a small hotel.

During my stay here, it was very pleasant experience. What I did was swimming in their pool while drinking beer. They sell beers for PHP 50 and I can’t believe it for such a price it’s very cheap if you buy it from Hotel.

So during relaxation time, for a very good location you can watch the spectacular sunset.

But beware after the sunset there are large mosquitoes flying over the pool. It’s understandable because below the hotel are so many trees and then beach I think. That’s why.

So its dinner time I ordered ala carte meal, they do not have a buffet. I ordered spaghetti, bagnet meal & french fries not hungry huh. The price is decent for a meal. I love their tasty crunchy Bagnet and also the servings of the pasta are good for 2 persons I think. But it depends who is eating. So after eating, I went to sleep.

Its breakfast time! The complimentary breakfast is just ok I can’t complain as long as it’s edible. We ordered Filipino meals which is tocino and corned beef with rice and egg. But they have options if you want pancakes and bacons, I forgot the other varieties for foreigners. They also provide unlimited juice I’m not sure with the coffee because I don’t drink coffee. They also have pastry shop but I didn’t tried I’m picky with pastries.

So this is my last day in Bohol, I took a photo from Blood compact shrine which is beside the Ocean Suites Hotel. They provide airport transfer for 200 pesos not bad at all. And during check out, they gave me Ocean Suites post card. Nice! I love it! Never got a post card for a long time! I found it cool souvenir from them. Thank you Ocean Suites.

If you are going to Tagbilaran, I suggest you to stay in Ocean Suites Bohol. This place is perfect for me the price, the Hotel, the location, the food, the people, the swimming pool and the sunset view. What more we could ask for PHP 2000 up. It is what it is but I love this Hotel, you will know when you get here. If I will go to Bohol again I will definitely stay in resort from Panglao for 3 nights and stay in ocean suites again and again. Ocean Suites Rocks!
